Vintage Mixed with Neon Fashion Disaster!!!

Am I hallucinating or is this look really "in" right now??? I'm no genius but I believe that neon colors should have stayed in the 80s and in highlighters! And the Vintage frilly-ness..Ugggghhhh! Gorgeous on a classic Chanel black Dress, but not on a walking eyesore! And last but not least, the shoes!!! The sling backs are hideous so I guess they can't be at fault for being paired with these dresses. The black booties are what kills me! I really don't feel I need to express the wrong-ness there.
